So the main goal of this game is to get 4 great souls. The Lost Sinner the Boss that made me make this thread. I can't even look foward to a good boss after the horrible fights with 10 mobs jumping me at once.Īlso the boss music has been completly unremarkable where as I still can't get multiple bloodbourne and ds1 and Demon's bops out of my head. I can't remember th rest of the bosses names while I remeber almost everyone from DS1 and bloodbourne (I did not even finish bloodbourne)īosses used to be so exciting but now every boss feels like the same fight over and over. I kinda like the fight with the ornstien rip off but that was just nostolgia his moveset is ripped from DS1 that does not count. The last giant does not have a sword but does nothing unique just stomps at you with his feet.
I finally feel the smash fans that complaint about to many swordsman but it's DS2 bosses ( smash does not have to many sword users by the way.) The most challenge to the fight are the complete bullshit hit boxes they have on the swords making the fights even less fun. The rest of the games bosses are so bland but more importantly all there move sets are the exact same they all Just swing swords at you horizantly or verically very slow. The pursuer has a really cool design cool movement and a perfect early boss moveset that teaches you How to properly Parry or roll to defeate enemies. The only Good boss I really loved so far is The Pursuer (the first 2 times I fought him it's getting a little out of hand how many times he shows up.) ( 22 hours in hunters corpse.) The Lost Sinner pushed me to make this thread but more on her in a moment. I want to Stop but I am afraid once I Quit I won't return and I will miss the magic moment the game finaly clicks. Morrigan and some other users who I don't rember the name of Like ds2 and I wan't to see what they see but man I never feel like I am having fun playing this game. But man I am forcing myself to keep playing. I want to like DS2 so bad clearly lot's of time and effort was put into the games designs and the devs tried a lot of novel ideas.
