Wanna brush up on your dueling knowledge? You’re in luck. So after getting what you missed, there’s much more to look forward to. Konami has also announced new, obtainable rewards for Yugi Muto. This is also a great chance to snag Union Attack, a Spell Card, ideal for farming Legendary Duelists efficiently.
Konami has answered the prayers of new players, who missed out on getting a chance to duel him earlier this year. The Toon World event will be ending on May 2nd – followed by some maintenance – to make room for another Yugi Muto event. With April coming to a swift end, Konami has announced their upcoming events for the month of May, and boy, do we have a lot in store! This will make it a bit easier to get more rewards. After every duel, you will get +1000 Duel Assessment points. To assist this event, there is also a nice bonus duel reward campaign. I’ve seen a lot of Unhappy Girl variant builds floating around this morning, so making the transition after farming Pegasus shouldn’t be too hard. Expect to encounter Sphere Kuriboh, Order to Charge and Guardian Statue. There is a lot of R&D going on at the Duel Links subreddit, but what we do know for sure is that Yugi Muto’s new decks have some serious counters this time around. Of course, that’s not saying Level 30 is completely useless, but keep in mind that there are far more Rare rewards at that level, making it harder to get the good stuff. In order to battle Level 40 Muto, you need to be at Stage 30 if you’re behind a bit, start grinding those missions! You’ll want to be above Stage 30 because Level 40 Legendary Duelists are the easiest to farm URs and SRs from. Yes, the Magnet Warriors are actually here! As usual, there will be a small in-game update to download before you can access the content.
Yugi Muto is finally back and it looks like he brought some friends over to Duel World.
